International Staff

EXECUTIVE HEAD OF COLLEGE

The Executive Head of College takes overall responsibility for the operation of the Hillcrest International Learning Community (HILC). The staff of the International Learning Community are responsible for its operations, and are accountable for delivering the programs and achieving the aims and objectives of the department.

DIRECTOR OF HILLCREST INTERNATIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY

The Director is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the International Learning Community. The Director  monitors the social and academic development of each international student during their enrolment as prescribed by the College's policies and procedures. 

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

The International Learning Community Administration staff look after the daily needs of international students, and provide support to the Director and students. The administration team is responsible for new enrolments, maintaining records within the Hillcrest International Learning Community and support the students with homestay, travel arrangements and non-academic needs.

ESL TEACHERS

Our ESL teachers are responsible for teaching ESL and EAL and are experienced to assist our international students with their language development and provide specialised teaching to our Primary, Junior and Senior students in our ESL classes.

SUPPORT FROM ALL COLLEGE STAFF

Hillcrest Christian College staff work collaboratively and support one another as a team. The successful operation of our International Learning Community is due to the cooperation of teachers, administrative and services staff.
