Online Payments

Hillcrest has an all-inclusive College Fee Schedule which incorporates the various costs into one fee per student, per term. Costs such as tuition, camps, textbook hire, excursions, student accident insurance, capital and P&F levies, and all planned activities are included in the term fee. We provide a range of optional clubs and cocurricular activities for students, which are charged separately in addition to College fees, such as Music tutoring, Dance Academy, Tennis lessons etc. Payments for these activities must be made prior to students commencing the activity, and parents are provided with the relevant 'Pay it' link via email.

College Tuition Fee Payments

All College Tuition Fee payments can be made through the Parent Lounge Accounts and Payments page, or by BPAY using the reference number on your Fee Statement.

Follow the link to the Parent Lounge to sign in using your unique username and password, and pay your Tuition Fees simply and securely.  If you are unable to log in to Parent Lounge, please contact College Reception on 07 5593 4226.

One-Off Payments

Please use the relevant button to make a secure payment to the College for a specific activity or fee. The College uses 'Pay it' as a platform for secure payments, allowing parents to make the required payment from their bank account or debit/credit card, with no financial information retained by the platform.
