Hillcrest has an all-inclusive College Fee Schedule which incorporates the various costs into one fee per student, per term. Costs such as tuition, camps, textbook hire, excursions, student accident insurance, capital and P&F levies, and all planned activities are included in the term fee. Fees can be paid in either annual, Term, or with a payment plan. Refer to the College Fee schedule for full details.

Hillcrest provides a range of optional clubs and co-curricular activities for students, which are charged separately in addition to College fees, such as Music tutoring, Dance Academy, Tennis lessons etc. Payments for these activities must be made prior to students commencing the activity, and parents are provided with the relevant 'Pay it' link via email.
The College also offers other services such as private bus services which offer secure travel to and from the College which can be used on a regular or casual basis. For more information on bus services please view the College Bus webpage.
All College Tuition Fee payments can be made through the Parent Lounge Accounts and Payments page, or by BPAY using the reference number on your Fee Statement.
