Hillcrest Christian College has an all-inclusive College Fee Schedule which incorporates the various costs into one fee per student, per term. Costs such as tuition, camps, textbook hire, excursions, student accident insurance, capital and P&F levies are all included in the term fee. Costs of camps are now averaged to minimise the impact on any one school year. The fee includes all planned activities, but occasionally an unplanned activity may arise, and parents will be notified and charged separately for this.
The College provides a range of optional clubs and cocurricular activities for students, which are also charged separately, and in addition to College fees, e.g. Music tutoring, Dance Academy, Tennis, etc. Payment for these activities are required prior to your child commencing the activity. You will be provided with a “Pay it” payment link via email for the applicable activity, and payment must be made using that link or the “Pay it” link for that activity listed on our website. The “Pay it” platform allows you to easily make a secure once-off payment via a direct debit from your bank account or via a debit/credit card. No financial information is retained by us or the “Pay it” platform.
