Hillcrest has an all-inclusive fee schedule (see Prep - Year 12 Fees button) which incorporates the various costs into one fee per student, per term. Costs such as tuition, camps, textbook hire, excursions, student accident insurance, capital and P&F levies are all included in the term fee. The fee includes all planned activities, but occasionally an unplanned activity may arise, and parents will be notified and charged separately for this.
The College provides a range of optional clubs and cocurricular activities for students, which are charged separately in addition to College fees, e.g. Music tutoring, Dance Academy, Tennis lessons etc. Payments for these activities must be made prior to students commencing the activity, and parents are provided with the relevant “Pay it” link via email. The “Pay it” platform provides a secure payment system, allowing parents to make the relevant payment from their bank account or debit/credit card, with no financial information retained by the platform.
