Hillcrest Christian College has implemented an all-inclusive fee schedule since 2013 based on feedback received from parents. This model rolls the various costs into one inclusive fee per term. Costs such as tuition, camps, textbook hire, excursions, student accident insurance, capital and P&F levies are now all included in the Term fee. Costs of camps are now averaged to minimise the impact on any one school year.

The fees include planned activities but occasionally an unplanned opportunity may occur, for which you will be notified of and charged separately.

The College provides a range of optional clubs and cocurricular activities for students, which are charged separately, in addition to College fees, e.g. Music tutoring, Dance Academy, Tennis, etc. Payment for these activities are required upfront. You will be provided with a “Pay it” payment link through correspondence for the applicable activity and payment can only be made through that payment link or the Online Payment “Pay it” link on our website. The “Pay it” platform will allow you to make a secure once-off payment via a direct debit from your bank account or via a debit/credit card. No financial detail will be retained by us or the “Pay it” platform.
