2018 d'Arcy Doyle Art Award Recipients

Congratulations to our talented Hillcrest artists whose works were displayed at the Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall for the d'Arcy Doyle Art Awards over the recent June - July school holidays. The annual art competition is in its 14th year, and was established to honour d’Arcy Doyle, one of Australia’s best artists who lived locally in Mudgeeraba.

Hillcrest's Junior Competition Winners:
Angie Turner: 2nd Place for her pink mountain landscape
Hollie McConnell: 3rd Place for her still life
Allira Watson: Encouragement Award
Anna Li: Encouragement Award
Claire Forrer: Encouragement Award
Emily Schwabe: Encouragement Award

Hillcrest was also presented with the Middle School Challenge Trophy and were awarded $250 for the College.
