We were excited to celebrate our inaugural Mother and Daughter date on Saturday, 19 May, with over 250 mothers and daughters from our JLC community. The beautiful autumn afternoon provided the perfect backdrop for this special celebration which included a gourmet High Tea, arts and craft stalls, guest speakers, live musicians, free professional portrait photography, and of course great company!
Mums and daughters shared some valuable conversations about the journey into womanhood, and enjoyed the chance to learn from each other. Culture-building events like this form part of The Hillcrest Way framework, and help to build and shape our College community in a positive and powerful way. Thank you to all of our amazing Hillcrest mums and their daughters for coming along and making this event such a success.
