Student Photos & ID Cards | Hillcrest Christian College

Thank you for helping our Marketing team and MSP Photography get through the large number of photos over the three days in April - May, by sending your children to school correctly attired and perfectly presented.

With our ever-growing College cohort, coordinating so many individual, sibling, class, year level, staff, and large group photos, once a year is no small feat, but throughout our photo days we captured 1,508 student profile photos, as well as the countless others.

Important Information

Any students who started at Hillcrest this term may not have received their Photography Order Form and unique 'Shoot Key,' which was handed out in class, and those new families wishing to order school photos will need to contact MSP directly on 07 5520 2999 to arrange this.

All other Hillcrest families who wished to place an order for their student's individual or group photographs, must ensure they have returned their completed Order Form to MSP photography, or placed the order through the MSP website.

ID Cards

2019 Student ID cards will be given out to SLC students* on Tuesday, 21 May. Please ensure your son/daughter keeps their ID card safe as this is used for signing in and out of school for late arrivals/early departures, borrowing College library books and photocopying/printing. Ordering replacement ID cards will incur a fee.

*Please note: New SLC students who commenced before our May photo days should have received their 2019 ID card already. Any new SLC students who commenced after 1 May, 2019, will not have had an ID photo taken and so will not receive an ID card on Tuesday. These students must drop into the Marketing Office next door to Main Reception to have an ID photo taken so that an ID card can be printed.

Did you know that your SLC student's ID Card can also be linked to your family's Flexischools account and pre-loaded with funds for buying items directly from the Hub? If you already had an old ID Card linked to your account, you will need to contact Flexischools to link the new card when you receive it.
