Former Hillcrest Legal Student in Recent High Profile Criminal Court Case

It’s hard to believe, but former Hillcrest Christian College student, Jaimee-Lee Jessop, was still attending Legal Studies excursions in 2012 and just last week (January, 2016) she was on the nightly television news as a law clerk assisting with a bail application to the Brisbane Magistrates Court in the tragic case of ‘one punch’ victim, Cole Miller.

After graduating from Hillcrest, Jaimee-Lee has studied the combined degrees of Criminology and Law at Bond University from the start of 2013 and is currently undertaking her final year of Law studies while working as a law clerk at Bosscher Lawyers. She has also generously offered her time to attend annual Hillcrest Senior subject information evenings for the subjects of Legal Studies and Modern History.

It’s wonderful to see Jaimee-Lee starting to make her mark in the real world as a young person of passion, perseverance and professionalism!
