Fun and Food-Filled French Lessons

In the last week of Term 1, students in Years 3 - 6 were delighted to see their French classroom transformed into a lively French café, complete with delicious croissants (les croissants), butter (le beurre), jam (la confiture) and cups of orange juice (jus d’orange) for all to enjoy! The lesson was spent exploring ‘le petit déjeuner en France’ (breakfast in France), learning the vocabulary for French breakfast foods and drinks. Students enjoyed practising their conversational French at the restaurant tables and are already asking when the next croissant day will be taking place!
