Hillcrest Bus Services Update

Many new Hillcrest families have opted to utilise our scheduled bus services for their student's transport to and from the College this term. As a result, several of our bus services reached full capacity early in Term 1, and no additional bus passes could be purchased throughout this term for those services.

There are still places available for students on many services, and if you are new to Hillcrest, or have not looked at our Bus Service for some time, you will find that we now cover much of the Gold Coast, and into Northern NSW, including Tweed Heads and Kingscliff. Utilising our bus services for your child's transport to and from school, can save you time, money and the frustrations of negotiating peak hour traffic.

Recent Bus Service Updates
  • Once a flexipass is purchased, it is available for collection from Main Reception usually the day after you purchase it
  • Term Passes are only available for purchase from our online portal.
  • You will not be issued an invoice, you you will be emailed a receipt automatically after purchase
  • A Term Pass or Flexipass must be purchased prior to all bus travel. Preferably before the beginning of the school term.
  • Seats are strictly limited on buses, and Term Passes are sold on a first-in-first-sold basis. Once these have sold out, no more can be purchased for that term.
  • The next term's passes will be available for purchase in the last week of the current term.
