Our much-loved annual Market Day was held at lunchtime on Thursday 23 August, and hundreds of hungry Hillcrest staff and students flocked to the SLC Courtyard to purchase and devour a range of delicacies from the Year 10 stallholders. Market Day successfully showcased the talents and tenacity of our student sellers, and taught the Year 10s some valuable lessons in market research, clever merchandising, sales promotion and careful planning, while helping to build our community culture. Some of the popular items from the day included pork sliders, BBQ kebabs, nutella brownies, fairy bread and more!
