Year 10 Students Witness Criminal Trials In Action

On Monday, 29 April, our Year 10 Legal Studies class had an exciting visit to the Queensland Supreme Court in Brisbane. During their trip, students had the opportunity to observe some real-world criminal trials in action. Below are some highlights as recounted by the students -

It was a very different experience from what I expected ... being able to sit in the court and be so close to the accused and hearing the charges was confronting and made it real.
