Our Year 5s waited patiently for their turn to venture off on their 2017 camp... And it was well worth the wait, as all students enjoyed an amazing time at Tallebudgera Recreational Camp last week. Blessed with warm weather and perfect blue skies, our brave and energetic students spent three exciting days outdoors soaring, climbing, paddling, eating, and generally having the time of their lives.
The favourite camp activity was a hot topic, and it was closely-contested between the high ropes course, canoeing or giant swing, but it appeared that Miss Moore, Miss Marrable and Miss Herbert unanimously agreed on the giant swing! Special thanks to our amazing parent leaders: Mr Arnold, Mr Pyyvaara, Mr Whitwell and Mr Adams, who were up at the crack of dawn - literally 4.30am each morning - and who worked tirelessly throughout the days. Thanks also to Mr Williamson, Mrs Hunt and Mrs Litwinczuk for helping us all out.
