This year Hillcrest Christian College welcomed 22 new teachers to our community as we continue to grow from strength to strength. With 6 teachers in JLC and 15 in SLC, is has been exciting to see the positive impact they have already had. As part of our Professional Learning Framework, called The Barnabas Direction, each new teacher have the support of a mentor to guide them through the initial learning phase of being in a new school.
